1930 Texas and Pacific Railway Trinity River Bridge — Dallas, Texas

The  1930 Texas Pacific Railway Trinity River Bridge parallels the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge for vehicles and the Continental Avenue Pedestrian Bridge in Dallas, Texas.  I took this photo as we drove across the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.  The water from the Spring rains have receded quiet a bit; but, you can see that the several months later the Trinity River is still overflowing its river banks.

You can read my post about the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge here.

I find all bridges fascinating.  What amazing bridges do you have in your area?

  1. I’m researching the train schedule. I hope to get a photo with a train crossing this bridge later this fall. 🙂
