The small town of Childress, Texas is the home of this awesome pedestrian bridge. The bridge spans the small lake at Fair Park. On almost any day, numerous people can be found fishing or strolling on the bridge. Ducks and geese swimming around the lake complete the idyllic scene. I spent several very enjoyable hours taking photos in the picturesque little park.
Childress is a small Texas town located on Highway 287 about 2 hours from Amarillo and 4 hours from Dallas. I’ll be posting more photos from Fair Park and Childress, Texas in the upcoming weeks.
