2016 – A New Year

2016

I wish I could put into words all of the great things I want to say about the upcoming year because I believe it’s going to be a great year.  I just can’t seem to put it into words just yet.  Give me a few days and I’ll be ready to share “My One Word” and a few of my 2016 goals.

May Your Coming Year…

… be filled with magic and dreams and good madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you’re wonderful, and don’t forget to make some art — write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I hope, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself.
— Neil Gaiman

This is one of my favorite quotes.  I think Neil does a great job of putting into words all the things a new year should bring. You can read Neil Gaiman’s other New Year’s journal entries at Neil Gaiman’s Journal.

Share Your Favorite New Year’s Quote

What’s your favorite New Year quote?  Share in the comments and I’ll compile them into a post (if I get any).  Also, feel free to share your goals or “One Word” for 2016.  It’d be great to see everyone’s take on 2016.

You don’t have to be a blogger to share — just shoot me an email at rainydayreflections2015@gmail.com.  I hope to hear from you soon.

Happy New Year!

Maybe it be your best year, yet.
