Gaylord Texan Lights – Monochrome Madness Challenge

The Christmas lights at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas are amazing. As you enter the hotel, you see all the lights hanging from the extremely tall ceiling; then, you look up and you see that gigantic star in the center.

It’s certainly worth dealing with the traffic and parking to see all the decorations and lights (even if you don’t take part in any of the multitude of activities offered).

This photo is one of my favorites even though it breaks all the rules.  I love the palm trees, the giant nutcracker and the Christmas Tree all together in one space.
