Normally, I love summertime — Not just because I don’t have to go to work (it helps though). This summer has been different and I haven’t really had time to enjoy my off time, my family or finish (start) any projects. My grandson turned 1 today and I don’t have his first year scrapped yet. I told my daughter-in-law I’d have it finished this summer, but it doesn’t look like it will happen until fall. (Sorry DDIL) My daughter will be 30 next month and I wanted to have a special scrapbook for her, but I haven’t even started it. These are just some of the summer projects that I wanted to start and/or finish. Now it looks like they will be fall/winter projects. I’ve decided that I am going to set aside at least 3 hours a week just for me. I set time aside for other things, so surely I can have some me time. I am going to use the time for my hobbies – with digital scrapping at the top of the list. Now if I can just convince life to slow down so I can find the 3 hours. Please share your ideas on how to find the time for everything in our lives
On a more positive note, I did get some wonderful pictures of the grandbaby during the last couple of months. I’ll post some tomorrow just to get my thoughts started.
Have a great week.
