Water has been flowing over the spillway at Lake Texoma for almost 2 weeks.  People are flocking to view this historical event.   They are fishing from the side of the river and from their boats.  The foaming, dirty water doesn’t seem to discourage anyone.  I didn’t have an opportunity to fish; but I saw several people carrying strings of fish.
