Monochrome Madness / Photography Challenges

Watching

I took this photo on an unusually gorgeous winter day.  The weather was in the high 60s and the perfect day to go to the park.  — And we weren’t the only ones who felt the urge to head to the park that day.  There were tons of people there.

My youngest grandson was so excited; but all the people seemed to overwhelm him.  He found this bench and climbed up to look around.    His brothers had already started playing; but he stayed on the bench for a few minutes watching.  Then, it was like he’d decided what he wanted to do and he was off to blow some bubbles in the wind.

This is one of my favorite photos of my grandson.  I love how the monochrome filter brings the focus on him and the bench.

  2. Linda, I left a comment under Watching and a silly unhappy face showed up and I do not know why or how to change it to a good smile face? What happened!! I do not want people to think I don’t like something when I do, or have a puzzled little face showing.

    • Everything seems fine on this end. The comment was posted on the photo and it looks just fine. I’m not sure what happened. Let me know if you still see the unhappy face on your end and I’ll check with admin to see what’ s going on. 🙂
