Serious – Monochrome Madness Challenge

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to take our grandsons to a local kids fishing tournament.   It had rained all week long and we had our fingers crossed that the tournament wouldn’t be postponed.

Let’s Go Fishing

Saturday morning was just as gloomy and gray as the previous days; but it wasn’t raining. –So we crossed our fingers, dug out the rain boots and umbrellas, and headed to the little fishing pond. Surprisingly, there were quiet a few other families with the same idea. The fishing pond was full of fishing lines and bobbers.   My guys did their best; they just didn’t catch any fish.  We’re going to keep practicing and try again next tournament.

In the photo below, my youngest grandson gives it one more try.  He had a good attitude all afternoon; but he really wants to catch a fish.
