This is a photo of my oldest grandson and my hubby planting strawberries. Hubby was teaching the grands how to take the plants out of the little containers without tearing up the roots. It was such a sweet moment that I took several photos. I loved this close up of their hands with the dirt on their fingers and hands. I used a special filter to place an emphasis on the lines and textures in the photo.
Together
“Close Up” and “Two” Themes
Together is my entry for this week’s Monochrome Madness Challenge. This week’s theme is “close up” and an optional “two things”. The “two” part of the theme is because this is the 2nd year anniversary of the Monochrome Madness Challenge. Originally, I planned on using my macro filter for this challenge; but then this photo just kind of happened. (I think those are the best kind of photos.) I feel this photo qualified for both the “close up” and the “two” themes since it’s a close up of their hands; as well as two people working together.
