Take a drive down Interstate 40 in the Texas Panhandle and at some point you are going to pass by Big Tex.  He stands tall in the sky at the Big Texan Steak Ranch (which is the home of the 72 ounce steak challenge).  On this particular day, I thought Big Tex looked good among the Texas sky.  If you’re ever in Amarillo, Texas you should take a moment to check out Big Tex and maybe even stop in for a steak.
