Let's Build a House / Monochrome Madness / Photography Challenges

House Skeleton

Building A House

During the past year, I’ve taken many, many photos of the various stages of our house building journey. The day that the crews started framing our house was exciting because we could actually see our house taking shape.  I wanted a photo to represent the look of all the boards that formed the base of our home.  I have several photos showing the whole house after framing was finished. However, I decided to share this close-up because I really like the lines and angles of the boards forming the base for our roof.

House Skeleton

This photo is titled “House Skeleton” because it’s the bare bones of our the house. Thankfully. our house skeleton is now covered by walls, the roof and brick (and is almost ready for us to move into it).
