Let's Build a House / Monochrome Madness / Photography Challenges

A Little Red in My Christmas Corner

This is our first Christmas in our new home.  The corner windows next to the fireplace are the perfect spot for the Christmas tree.  The lights reflect on three of the windows while the fire adds warmth to the room.  Of course, it’s a beautiful spot with all the colorful lights, ornaments, decorations, and packages.  However, I also like this monotone version featuring just a few pops of red.  I think it emphasizes the peaceful aspect of the season.

Christmas Where You Are

“A Little Red In My Christmas Corner” is my entry for this week’s Monochrome Madness Challenge. The theme for this week is “Christmas where you are.”  I’m excited that I was able to share my special corner.

Where’s your favorite spot during the holiday season?
